International Recognition! German and Thai Business Delegations Visit Henan Gaohexin Factory to Deepen Cooperation Intentions
Recently, a 12-member business delegation composed of a well-known German auto parts group and a Thai commercial vehicle after-sales enterprise made a special trip to visit the factory of Henan Gaohexin Cylinder Head Precision Casting Co., Ltd. After visiting the production workshop, testing center and sample exhibition area, the delegation highly praised the factory’s production strength and quality control, and signed 2 long-term cooperation agreements on-site, involving an annual purchase volume of over 10,000 units of cylinder heads and crankshafts.
All members of the visiting delegation are potential partners of the factory. Among them, the German business group initially established contact with the factory through the Shanghai Automechanika Exhibition, and their focus during this visit was on whether the products meet EU environmental standards and the compliance of the production process. In the production workshop, the delegation visited the precision machining production line of cylinder heads and saw that each CNC equipment is equipped with a real-time monitoring system, which can record processing parameters throughout the process to ensure product consistency. In the testing center, laboratory staff demonstrated testing processes such as water pressure testing and material spectrum analysis on-site, with data transmitted to the system in real-time to achieve quality traceability.
“What we care most about is the stability of product quality. Through this visit, we confirm that your production process control and testing standards fully meet our requirements,” said Moli, the representative of the German delegation. The Thai delegation, on the other hand, focused on the factory’s production capacity and delivery cycle. When they learned that the factory has an annual production capacity of 150,000 units, can deliver common models within 7 days, and has a transit warehouse in Bangkok, they immediately confirmed an urgent order for an additional 500 Isuzu cylinder heads.
After the visit, the factory signed an “Exclusive Agency Agreement for the European Market” with the German delegation, agreeing to supply cylinder heads of brands such as Cummins and Mercedes-Benz to the European market in the next 3 years. It also renewed the annual purchase agreement of 8,000 units with the Thai delegation to further expand its market share in Southeast Asia. This visit by foreign business delegations not only deepens the cooperation trust between the two parties but also lays a solid foundation for the factory to further expand into the high-end markets of Europe and America, demonstrating the international competitiveness of domestic engine component enterprises.
